Thanksgiving Weekend | Holiday Outfit Ideas

Sooo....it has been forever since I've done one of those holiday outfit ideas posts. My Thanksgiving isn't going to be very relaxing considering I work in retail, as I will be working Thanksgiving evening and all Black Friday weekend [morning to evening]. No Black Friday shopping for me, unless I can do some online shopping before and after shifts [or get my family to shop for me]. Anyhow...onto some outfit ideas for the upcoming weekend.

Thanksgiving Outfits

I decided to show y'all a combination dressy and casual outfits for this weekend to fit whatever your mood may be. Though honestly any of the pieces featured in the above collage could be dressed up or down depending on how you style them.

I have no clue what I'm going to wear Thanksgiving day, but I know for work I'm going to wear dress pants as it is going to be crazy busy and I don't want to worry about my dress or skirt whilst working. What top I will wear is still unknown. I do know what makeup look I will be wearing this entire weekend. It will feature lots of rose golds, browns, and burgundies [my current favorite look].

What are you doing for Thanksgiving Weekend?

  1. YES! Thank you for some inspiration.
I was JUST thinking the other day 'What in the world am I going to wear to Thanksgiving dinner?!' I bought a new black and red plaid flannel last night (much like the one pictured)...and some new tan ugg boots...not sure if they would go well together? What do you think? I have a myriad of jeans and leggings...and just about any color tank top or shirt to wear under the flannel... I'm gonna have to hurry about decide on this haha Can't believe Thanksgiving is the day after tomorrow!!

    1. Hmmm...I think the plaid flannel would look good with the tan ugg boots. Just wear some dark wash skinny jeans, black tank top, and perhaps a black scarf to complete the look.

  2. Thank you for this inspiration! Honestly, I hadn't thought about what I was going to wear until I saw this! Lol! I'll probably end up wearing my minnie mouse sweater with plaid button up underneath, it's quick, easy, and cute! ;)

  3. Love this! My family decided to have fun and dress up as Pilgrim's and Indians this year. We don't celebrate Halloween so we thought it would be fun for the kids to dress up this way. I'm dressing as a Pilgrim, so I'll be in very old fashioned garb this year, haha!
