What I Wore | Soft & Romantic

Hello everyone! How are y'all doing? I've been keeping busy with work, getting ready for BF's sixth birthday, my youngest sister's birthday, and various other things this week. Needless to say, life has been busy.

What I'm Wearing
Pink Silk Dress -- Madewell [$20]
Lace Tank -- c/o OASAP
Oxford Flats -- ModCloth [$15]
Earrings -- Click Six [$1.99]
Camisole -- Forever 21 [$1.99]
Nail Polish -- Butter London & Allure in Lust or Must? [c/o]
Lipstick -- L'oreal Paris in Fairest Nude

After coming home from work today, I decided to pull out my Madewell dress to wear. It has become rather warm in Indiana and I had some errands to run in my non-AC car, so a light-weight dress sounded peachy to wear on a hot summer afternoon. To add to the girly feel of the outfit, I threw on a lace tank over the dress [this also help hid the fact that the dress is a size too big] and pulled on my oxford flats. I rather love the finished outfit, and I can see myself wearing this combination again sometime.

How are some ways you would style this dress?

~Ashley, xx

  1. You look lovely, as always! I love how you styled this dress. Your outfit looks unique, but still very chic and on trend. Gorgeous!

  2. Love the neutral, pastel colors.

  3. LOVE this combination Ashley!!! Definitely ladylike and romantic:)

  4. love this look so so and romantic love it! it really suits you and your complexion.

  5. I love that lace tank the details are so cool. I really like your natural look for your make up, I love how I can see all your freckles, I think freckles are the prettiest feature a girl can have!

  6. One of my favorite oufits ever on you Ashley!

  7. This is such a beautiful look! I love the crochet tank layered over the dress! So sweet and feminine. :)
