Ulta Chic | Easy Glam

Hello lovelies! Today is my third day of work at Ulta this week, and should be my last for this week. For my outfit, hair, and makeup I wanted to keep it simple, yet glam [in fact, I wore this same look last night, when I had to work last minute at Ulta]. This is going to be a rather quick post, as I have to leave for work soon. :)

What I'm Wearing
Black Skirt -- BB Dakota via thredUP [$0.87]
Cream Sequin Jumper -- H&M [$5]
Black Tights -- JCPenney [$5]
Black Skechers -- Famous Footwear [Don't remember]
Gold Mini Triangle Necklace -- 9th & Elm [FREE after Credits & Coupon]
Mint Stud Earrings -- Lauren Conrad @ Kohl's [gift]
Nail Polish -- Butter London in Toff [$7.50]
Lip Stain -- L'OrĂ©al Colour Riche Lip Stain in Coral Tattoo [$2.98]

Whilst I was moving things around my closet last week, I stumbled across these black Skechers that I forgotten that I owned. They are a half-size too big, which is why they were hidden in my closet, but they have been working for right now when I go-into work at Ulta. They help keep my feet from killing me after a long shift at work, which makes for happy feet. *grin*

In my last "Ulta Chic" post, I was asked what I do at my job. Well, first off for those that don't know, Ulta is a big beauty/makeup/salon type store that sells both drugstore and high-end products. Somedays when I go into work, I just stock shelves the entire time. Other days, like today, I will be running the cash register and floor. While Sunday evening and last night, I stayed until closing to help close the store: then I clean the store & bathroom, put away returns, put the damages in bins, empty trash, and help with the money drop. So, I do a variety of things at my job.

  1. I think this is one of my favorite outfits I've seen you wear! The jumper is so cute and only $5??? I love the way you did your make-up. It sounds like you keep busy at Ulta... lots of fun!

    1. Aww...thanks so much! I know, I got the jumper last year around this time at H&M on clearance and it was definitely worth the $5.

Thank you! I've been playing around with new makeup looks & products in my collection since working at Ulta, since the more I know, the more I can sell to customers. :)

    2. Your welcome! I really should check H&M out... it looks like they have some really cool stuff! I think you look lovely with the pale skin/red lips look... not that you don't look lovely all of the time, I just really think that kind of make-up enhances your natural beauty wonderfully... It also looks very fall/winter-y

  3. one question, what's a jumper? I've always known a jumper to be this long dress with straps that you wear a shirt under. :) otherwise, cute outfit! I love the skirt! -Abi

I actually saw an Ulta in a town near me this past weekend, funny since I never noticed it before.
