What I Wore | Going to Bible Study

Hello lovelies! I'm going to be sharing with y'all what I wore yesterday to Bible Study with my sisters & some church friends. I must say, it is a bit weird and hard for me to write an outfit post that happened in the past, as I can't really say "today" or talk too much about "what is going on today". Or can I? Not sure really.

Anyhow, today I'm feeling a bit under the weather, so I'm doing a ton of blog and YouTube work right now. That way I have a stock pile to work from, if I do come down sick, so my blog or YouTube channel won't suffer.

What I'm Wearing
Pink Silk Dress -- Madewell [$20
Cropped Leggings -- Forever 21 [$5]
Leopard Flats -- Target [$15]
Leopard Scarf -- J.Crew via Simply Chic [$8]
Flower Ring -- Stella Dot [won in giveaway]
Faux Pearl Post Earrings -- Forever 21 [Gift]
Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac Knockoff -- c/o OASAP
Lipstick -- Tarte Amazonian Butter Lipsick in Pink Peony [$16]

I adore my Madewell dress. When ever I wear it, I feel very girly and kinda like a ballerina. It could be that because of the length and that I always wear ballet flats, since when ever I wear heels it makes the dress look even shorter on me. Oh, well. Anyhow, I kept the styling fairly simple and didn't add too many layers, since the weather was kinda strange [overcast & humid, yet with a slight chill in the air]. So I threw on a leopard scarf, my yellow flower ring, and grabbed my current favorite bag from OASAP. Originally I was going to wear a polka-dot scarf with this outfit, but it turns out I need to throw my summer scarves in the wash, as they smell kinda funny.

Also, I have finalized that the next three day style challenge will be June 21st - 23rd. I just need YOUR help deciding what we will remix together during the challenge. Leave a comment below with your choice from the following list:

- Jean Jacket
- Blazer
- Little Black Dress
- Solid Tee Shirt
- Graphic Tee
- Maxi Skirt
- Maxi Dress

thredUP is also doing a special for new users from now, until July 6th. Use this link for $15 credit, and I'll get $15 too when you make your first purchase. This awesome, as you can get several things for FREE with $15.

Also, there is a blog survey for Bramblewood Fashion that I would love for y'all to answer! Thanks so much. Take the survey here.

  2. Wow, I really love your outfit and the photography in this post! I'm not sure if I will be able to join the challenge, but if so, I would love a maxi skirt challenge! I just got a new one from Top Shop, and need to come up with more ways to wear it. Hope you feel better soon!

  4. Great outfit! I love that color of pink.

I think you should do a solid tee shirt for the style contest. I think that would be the most fun and challenging to style different ways.
