What I'm Wearing
Tweed Tunic -- c/o OASAP
Skinny Jeans -- Land's End Canvas via Thrift Store [$12]

Black Suede Pumps -- JustFab [Free]
Nail Polish -- "Pat on the Black" by Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure c/o Influenster
Today has been a laid-back type of day for me. I worked on filming several videos for my YouTube channel, including the makeup look I'm rocking today [more about that later]. Anyway, when I ordered this tunic from OASAP last month, I was really eager to start styling it, as it reminded me a bit of something that Jenna Coleman [Clara Oswald on Doctor Who] would wear. Of course, they advertise this as a dress, but it is wayyy too short to be a dress. Hence I'm wearing it as tunic over some skinny jeans. I tried wearing some flats with this outfit, but my legs just looked stumpy [not a good look] so I switched those out for these adorable pumps that I was able to get from JustFab for FREE! Thanks to some of you signing up & buying things from JustFab. Thanks girls! :)
About today's makeup look, it was inspired by the makeup that Adelaide Kane wore to the 2014 People's Choice Awards a few weeks ago. So I filmed a tutorial on how to recreate this look for yourself! Enjoy.

Very pretty! I loved your tutorial, although the music sometimes made it hard to understand what you said. That's the first time I got to see how to apply highlighter, I think it's going to help me, so thanks! :)

It's so cute! Clara would so wear it!
ReplyDelete"Dress" *rolls eyes* I can't imagine wearing that short of a dress! But it looks very adorable as a tunic! Sort of peplum top style actually!
