Rusty Red/Orange Tee -- Ann Taylor Loft [hand-me-up]
Skinny Jeans -- Forever 21 [$10]

Sherlock Wallpaper Inspired Scarf -- Target [$7]

Lip Colour -- Revlon Lip Butter in Raspberry Pie

Hello girlies!
Today it has been a casual day at home, while I get some things done around the house. Like: washing my clothes, tidying up my room, planning out some sewing episodes for a web series I'm doing this year, and doing some general house cleaning things. Later this evening Hanne-col & I will be finishing the film, Murder on the Orient Express [1974]. Which so far, is very close to the book, which is shocking since I've never seen a film that kept so close to the book. There are parts of the script where the lines are word-for-word to the book. It is awesome. Also, it is freaky on how similar Anthony Perkins & Andrew Garfield look alike.

  2. Very cute outfit! I really like the way you tied your scarf. I need to learn how to do that.

    1. You have just given me an idea for post: how to tie your scarves different ways. :)

  3. I like the scarf a lot. One thing I might suggest is that your jeans not be tucked into your shoes/boots(sorry I don't know the names of them). I think skinny jeans tucked in would look a tad bit more stylish. But good post! :)

    1. Actually, these are skinny jeans that I'm wearing - they are just a bit baggy in the legs. Thanks for the tip, but I just wanted to be comfy when I wore this outfit [hence my bagger skinny jeans].

    1. You should! But, if you ever plan to read the book first, by Agatha Christie, I would read that before seeing the movie. Unless of course, you have already read the book, then watch the movie by all means. :)

  5. Lovely! Lovely! Lovely! I really like this outfit! I've been searching everywhere for one of those scarfs, but I just can't seem to find one that would match a lot of my clothes. Well, I love the outfit and I hope you have a wonderful valentines day! :) ~ Heaven Lee

  6. " Murder on the Orient Express"? I don't believe I've ever heard of that movie. When did it come out? Then again, I live in Texas so maybe it just hasn't come out here yet. I've a cousin in Michigan and she says movies come out "up there" before they come out here. Maybe it's like that with this situation???? (Heaven Lee)

    1. The movie came out in 1974, so it is an older movie, you won't be seeing it in any movie theater anytime soon. :)
