What I Wore | Tulle + Glitter for Christmas

What I'm Wearing
Dark Grey Tee -- Old Navy (gift)
Tulle Skirt -- LC for Kohl's (gift)
Leopard Print Flats -- Target ($15)
Taupe/Grey Handbag -- Relic via Kohl's (gift)
Lip Color -- Revlon Lip Butter in Wild Watermelon ($4.95)

Merry Christmas, everyone! How was your christmas today? We had a lovely day, spent the morning opening our gifts and then we went for a walk along the beach afterwards. My afternoon was spent reading some Agatha Christie, and looking at two sites where I have gift cards to: Amazon & iTunes -- trying to decided what to buy.

For Christmas I received three of the things that I'm wearing in this post: the handbag, tulle skirt, and the tee shirt. I also received some gift cards, combat boots, sewing themed post earrings by LC, another tee shirt, Anthro Mug, sweatpants, ankle socks with nerd glasses on them, and a set of pajamas with French sweets on them for Christmas. I adore everything!

What was your favorite thing[s] that you received for Christmas this year?

  1. I love the whole outfit! I'm extremely excited, because I got three gift cards to JCPenney and one to Barnes & Noble. Fun ! :)

  2. You look gorgeous! I love your new bag. <3

I got the new Naked 3 palette, Too Faced highlighter, and Too Faced Brow Envy kit. <3 <3 Oh! And a TARDIS tea steeper (super cool!)

I'm so glad you had a great Christmas!

    1. Aww...thanks, Katie!

What fun! I've been eyeing the new Naked 3 palette and the Too Faced products sound amazing. A TARDIS tea steeper, sounds amazing!

  3. Wow! I love the skirt! You look amazing!

  4. What a beautiful skirt! :D I'm not sure what my favorite thing I received for Christmas this year was, but I'm happy to have new tights and jewelry. :)

  5. Where are your combat boots from?

  6. This looks so comfy yet feminine! I love that skirt. :)

  7. Such a nice, pretty and comfy outfit! Looks pretty similar to what I wore for Christmas, comfy yet holiday-ish. Your new combat boots are certainly cute!
My favorite thing that I got for Christmas... well, that's hard to narrow it down to just one, but I would probably have to say the sweater knitting course from that my parents got me. LOVE IT!

  8. I LOVE that skirt, Ashley! Looks like you got some lovely gifts.
I think my favorite was a new battery for my computer! Now I don't have to keep if plugged in constantly!

I have a skirt similar to this. What a simplistic an beautiful outfit.
