30 for 30 Remix Challenge ❘❘ Day 22

::What I'm Wearing::
Hot Pink Pencil Skirt -- Made by Me
Chambray Button-down -- T.J.Maxx
Belt -- Target
Flats -- Steve Madden
Floral Post Earrings -- Forever 21
Cross-body Bag -- Steve Madden

Alright, so over this past weekend I've fallen in love with the BBC TV show, Call the Midwife and I've seen all but the last episode. Yep, I watched two series of TV shows in three days, well nights because I didn't have time in the day time, except for yesterday afternoon. Since the show is set in the late '50s, I've been in a very '50s mood, and because I don't have any of my '50s dresses as part of this remix challenge, I pulled out my pencil skirt for church today to help satisfy my craving for a '50s look. Me thinks I need to sew up some more '50s dresses for this summer, 'cause I'm really liking that look right now. Also I think I'll be doing a Nurse Jenny Lee inspired video sometime in the coming weeks, like the Peggy Carter one I did back in January.

What did y'all wear today? Link up your remix challenge post below. (I'm linking up with Plane Pretty's Sunday Style.)

  6. Great outfit, Ash! I absolutely LOVE it. The denim shirt adds just the perfect touch to that already perfect pencil skirt (you know how I feel about it!). I've really been in a vintage mood lately too. I'm loving all things Audrey lately. Makes me want to sew up some cute summery vintage dress!
    love you!
