Ah! Today is the fourth day of the TV/Movie Inspired Fashion Event and the theme for today is 1960s. I forgot to pick out my outfit for today last night, since I was so worn out & tired from moving furniture & stuff all day and most of the night -- so my look for today is kinda hurried. Anyhow, I decided to go with a Laura Petrie inspired look from the TV show The Dick Van Dyke Show -- minus the hair (which is a disappoint for me, as I adore her hairstyle) since I didn't plan ahead. I threw on a black pencil skirt, a basic sweater top, and some black pumps -- for a relaxed "Laura" look that looks kinda modern. I changed my outfit this afternoon for something a bit more practical, as my mom & I had to take a bunch of laundry to a Laundromat since our washer is out of order right now.
What I'm Wearing
Sweater Shirt -- Secondhand
Pencil Skirt -- Made by Me
Pumps -- Famous Footwear
Earrings -- Little Black Bag

Very Laura! Super cute, Ashley! I always adored the outfits off the Dick Van Dyke show! She had this one dress that the skirt had separate panels and when she moved, you could see a lighter colored fabric underneath-awesome!
