Going Through the Eras // Historical Sunday {1960s}

This week we will be exploring the 1960s for Going Through the Eras. And today is historical Sunday which is when you share either a historical event, invention, discovery, and/or a person from the era.

I'm going to be sharing one of my favorite historical events with y'all today - the Space Age. There is something so fascinating about the Space Age and the rockets before the Space Shuttle of the '80s {which are kinda boring, since they land like an airplane} that interest me.

Lift-off of the Apollo 11 mission in July of 1969.

Lunar Landing on the moon - Apollo 11.

First Moon Landing on the Apollo 11 mission.

Clip of Apollo 11 press conference.

ABC News Coverage of the Apollo 11 mission. {Part 1} (There are 31 parts that you can watch.)

Link up your post for today below.

We also have a winner for the jewelry set giveaway. And the winner is.....Jodie Humphrey. Congratulations! I'll be sending you an email tomorrow evening for your shipping information. :)
