Keeping it Classy {Modest Fashion Week} Day 3

Cream Cardigan {Gap Outlet}, Lilic Tank w/flowers {Christopher & Banks '04/05}, Purple Corduroy Skirt {made by me}, Flower Pin {Maurices}, Black Boots {Bass Shoe Outlet}, Pearl Earrings {Gift}

Sorry, today's post is on the late side girls. But, I've been busy. You understand, right? =) Hopefully, I'll get tomorrow's post up sooner.

This is the first time I wore this combination. And I like it. I normally wear this skirt with either a cream or white shirt and a sweater or blazer. So this is a somewhat different look for this skirt.

I've been having fun seeing all of your outfit posts, and I still haven't seen all of them yet. =) Keep up the good work girls!

Y'all know the drill. Link up to the Keeping it Classy {Modest Fashion Week} below {link to the post, NOT your blog}. I am looking forward to seeing your outfits!

  11. I completely forgot all about this! I was hoping to do it every day...but I obviously didn't take any pictures of my outfits for the past three days since I wasn't thinking about it. :-) I'll have to remember about it now.

    Sarah - The skirt was made with Butterick 3134. You can see my pattern review and the changes I made to the pattern here: http://bramblewoodfashion.blogspot.com/2009/10/plum-corduroy-and-cream-lace.html

  17. Oh Ashley I LOVE your outfit! I have been looking "everywhere" (well, maybe not really... But almost!) for a cardigan like that or similar, and haven't been able to find any. I love the skirt! We have some purple corduroy just like that that Mom made Trissy a jumper out of several years ago. She wore a black turtle-neck under it, and it really looked nice. I think we only have scraps of the fabric left; not really enough for anything except crafts.
    Did you make your flower pin?
