Movie Quote Quiz

It has been awhile since we have done this and I thought it would be fun to do it again. =) First off the rules.

1. Pick 20 of your favorite movies.

2. Go to IMDB.com and find a quote from each movie.

3. Post them for everyone to guess.

4. Strike it out when someone guesses correctly, and put who guessed it and the movie.

5. NO cheating.

Are you all ready? I will give you all until Friday to guess. Have fun! Ready. Set. Go!

It's a conspiracy, I tell you - -against every boy and girl who were ever in love. (Mr. Blandings Builds his Dream House) - Caroline and Kristin

8. Character 1: Oh, Stanley. I don't know how to explain. A wedding. A church wedding. Well it's, it's what every girl dreams of. A bridal dress, the orange blossoms, the music. 8. Sounds like an advanced Trivia game. Ask me about fashion! I'm so bad with knowing movies, though I do love Jane Austen, especially the books. My copy of Pride and Prejudice is falling apart, first because it is an old copy and secondly because I've re-read parts of it so many times. What a writer she was! I think she must have lived through most of what she wrote about to have described the motivations of people so accurately. Honest portrayal was what made her writings shine, and she was not appreciated in her time as she is now. Back then, propriety rather than reality was more revered in English novels. Austen brought a fresh approach.

The real reason I'm posting here is to let you know that your blog has been featured on my new modest clothing resource site, Fashion Belle, along with about 500 other links to modest clothing and educational resources. Thanks for your excellent work to promote modesty, and please keep up the good work.

P.S. -- Roman Holiday is a favorite, too. If only it were easy to be as graceful as Princess Anne.
