ReplyDeleteHaving the looser bolero over the fitted tee and a flared tiered skirt has such nice balance!
If you wanted to try another twist, what about a black bolero/white skirt or black skirt/white bolero? You've gotta have pretty strong coloring to get away with harsh contrast, so wear what works for you! :)
Personally, if I'm tanned up for the summer, I can wear colors I can't wear during the winter; and greater contrast as well.
